Returning to Face to Face Work - Letters for Families (July 2020)
Here are the template letters for you to send to families about seeing them face-to-face again.
The letters explain the social distancing measures you and the family will need to take when you meet. They also explain that parents of course have a choice whether to see us face-to-face, and where to meet.
There are letters for:
- primary school age children
- secondary school age children
- parents
- parents (Mailsmart Formatted) thanks Megan)
You can personalise the letters.
Please send these letters in advance of starting face-to-face work so the family can decide what they would like to do, and talk with you about it.

Here is a letter template you can use to write to parents explaining more about the Tier 2 restrictions and why we can continue to keep visiting them for now. You can personalise the letter and it is formatted for MailSmart (thanks again to Megan).
