Family Early Help
Supermarket vouchers are available for families if their financial circumstances have change and they do not have money to buy food.
If a family has the money to buy food but needs it collecting and delivering, please use the food flow chart to decide what to do next. Do not use supermarket vouchers.
Option 1: Paper Copy Supermarket Vouchers (Sainsburys and Morrisons)
FSCF has a limited stock of paper copy supermarket vouchers. To access a paper copy supermarket voucher for your family, please:
- Follow the process in 'food process' folder to determine whether a supermarket vouchers is needed
- Contact your line manager if a supermarket voucher is needed
Here is the process for oncall managers to issue vouchers from the safe:

Option 2: E-Supermarket Vouchers (Electronic)
FSCF Service Managers can authorise ordering online e-supermarket vouchers of up to £100 depending on the number of people in the household (delivered via an email to the parents email address).
The following details will be needed in full:
- First name and surname
- Address and postcode
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Date of birth
Marks and Spencer and Asda now also have a contactless pre-paid voucher card

Priority Shopping Deliveries
Camden is still (as of 9 July2020) running a priority shopping deliveries scheme for some people who may be more vulnerable to the effects of COVID. Priority shopping only applies to Tesco and Iceland, and the food shop needs to be done online. More information here
