MOSAIC

MOSAIC

MOSAIC is Camden’s electronic case record system that allows social workers to record their work with families around the key social work processes of assessment, planning and review. The system uses workflows which mirror these processes and allows a suitable level of management oversight through authorisation of requests.

The following provides general information for social work staff about MOSAIC and how to get help from the MOSAIC team.

MOSAIC development is overseen by the Quality Assurance Service and staff are requested to approach the service should any changes to the system be required.

Staff should be familiar with the MOSAIC policy statement

The MOSAIC support guidance for staff document contains basic instructions for staff and contact details of MOSAIC superusers who can provide advice and support to individual staff as needed.

The MOSAIC overview presentation explains how the system is structured and provides information about it's functionality.

Staff should be aware that there is a contingency plan for any MOSAIC system outage in order to ensure work can continue.

All social work staff new to Camden must carry out mandatory MOSAIC training as part of their induction within 3 days of starting.
