Supporting you in your role
Flexible Working Framework
Following the launch of Camden’s Flexible Working Commitment in 2024, Adult Social Care recognised the need to provide clarity of expectations for how we will work flexibly across our service and ensure that all colleagues have a degree of choice over where, when and how much they are working.
The Flexible Working Framework was developed with staff from across ASC and provides clarity and guidance for colleagues.
The Framework is intended to support open dialogue and conversations about flexibility, to provide clarity and guidance on the types of flexible working available, and to set clear expectations for ways of working for both managers and colleagues.
Please familiarise yourself with the flexible working framework, and consider which role category you, your colleagues, and/or the people you manage most align with.
