If you joined a neighbourhood housing team from the rent service on 17 June 2019 you will notice some changes to Northgate. Accounts no longer prompt you to send letters or serve a NOSP. The escalation policy at and before NOSP has been switched off. If serving a NOSP can't be avoided you can start the Northgate escalation with the code LNSP. This new code will help to distinguish NOSPs served by the rent service from those served by the neighbourhood housing teams.
