What do we do?
We offer a person-centred income collection service that supports our residents borough wide to sustain their tenancies and maintain financial stability in these challenging times.
We take a proactive, holistic approach to managing rent accounts and stepping in early to prevent arrears building. We offer practical guidance for our residents and pull in the support we need from outside agencies where necessary.
We aim to make a meaningful difference to residents lives and contribute to the overall financial resilience of the Council.
