COVID Laptop Delivery Procedure

All families receiving a loan laptop complete and sign two receipt letters to confirm their receipt of a loan laptop.  

Two copies of the letter must be taken to the family home when the laptop is delivered. The parent must complete and sign both letters.  

The parent keeps one copy. The person delivering the loan laptop retains the second copy and returns to the duty manager at 5PS.
