WISH is a council service offering advice on home energy improvements, income and money management, safety in the home (smoke alarms, child safety locks, window restraints etc), and general health advice (smoking cessation, cardiovascular health checks) 

Some of the support is dependent on things like your age, whether you are receiving certain benefits, are disabled, or if you have young children.
