Making Calls Procedure

This is the procedure for making phone or video calls during COVID and when a family choose virtual visits only. 

Please be mindful that video calls can be 'screenshot' and shared.

Sample Resilient Families Check-In Conversation Template

This helpful conversation template was sent to us by the Family Partnership Model trainers, and might be useful for weekly check-in conversations with families (or with staff if you are a supervisor) that are helpful and purposeful for them and for you.
