Family Early Help
Please make sure you continue to follow risk assessment procedures and lone working procedures throughout COVID. Here are the documents you need.
Risk Assessment form
you should complete this only if there are concerns that there may be risks to worker safety when working with a family. This might be because of a flag on Mosaic, a risk identified by the referrer or MASH screening officer, or something else. Discuss with your line manager if you need to complete this form.
Lone Working Policy and Procedure
Its really important you read this policy and follow the procedure. Camden's lone working policy has been updated to reflect COVID risks as well as other risks. Please make sure you read these two documents thoroughly, follow the guidance in them, and talk with your line manager if you feel unsure or have questions.

Working with Fear, Resistance and Hostility (social work guide)
Our colleagues in Childrens Safeguarding and Social Work have produced a booklet on working with fear, resistance and hostility in family work, including strategies for keeping yourself safe on home visits. Please read this and talk with your line manager if you feel unsure or have questions.
