When setting up a reablement Package of Care, authorisation will be given by line managers in your Neighbourhood team.

You need to task the workflow section on Mosaic directly to your line manager.

The rationale for this is that your line manager will discuss the case with you and oversee the goals and review of the reablement support plan in the same way that all support plans for the delivery of care are completed. Your line manager will have better oversight of the entire case and your involvement with the resident.
