From 30th June 2025, a new model of Mental Health Social Work has been introduced in Camden.

Service Structure Overview

The Mental Health Social Work Service is made up of several key teams and specialist roles that work together to ensure people receive the right help at the right time. 

  1. The Mental Health Social Work Hub – the main entry point for all new mental health related social care referrals. 

  1. Three Locality Mental Health Social Work Teams (North, East, and South). 

  1. Specialist link roles and functions (homelessness, forensic pathways, early intervention, and hospital discharge).
