Camden Easier Info offers

- advice on making information easier to understand
- access to Photosymbols
- Wiki access and support
- Multimedia training and resources
Plain English
All our information for residents should be clear and easy to understand. We can advise on how to modify forms, letter templates, leaflets etc. to ensure that this is the case.
How we can support you to get the job done
We can support you to convert a document into easy read or plain English by offering you training and a checking service.
Your first step is to make sure the text is
- summarised - headlines/actions/decisions
- jargon free - no technical language or difficult words
- clear and concise
We can check and, if necessary, edit your text
If your document needs to be in easy read, you will then need to
- lay out the document and add images
- save as a PDF for electronic distribution and printing
