When you request work
Send us:
• a short, clear summary for us to work from (read our guidance for this here)
• the original document 
• any specific images or branding required (PNG)

Your role
• agree the summary first
• plan how people will access your document 
• deadlines - allow enough time for your easy read to be completed. Producing easy read is a time consuming 
process
• documents are completed within 20 working days after the summary version is agreed. For urgent cases, please contact me so we can look at options
