What Matters and Mosaic training guidance for new starters
Introduction to What Matters: A Guide to Accompany Mosaic Training
For new starters:
This guidance is to support new starters (practitioners specifically) who are attending the Mosaic training- especially those who may not have been able to attend the mandatory What Matters practice training sessions beforehand.
This guidance includes the standard operating procedure and an overview of Camden's strength based practice- What Matters. Please make time to study these as they will help to provide context and a better understanding when attending your Mosaic training.
- Download the What Matters guidance here.
It is important that practitioners still schedule themselves onto the What Matters training: Course: What Matters Induction Part 1 and What Matters Induction Part 2: Putting What Matters Into Practice
The What Matters Part 1 session is facilitated by our Adult Principal Social Worker and the Practice Development Leads.
If you would like more information about these sessions, please contact:-
ASC Practice Development Lead, Reetha Hussain at [email protected]

For new starters and existing staff looking for a refresher:
As part of the What Matters workflow refresh, a series of training sessions were delivered tailored to the different teams within Adult Social Care.
