What Matters and Mosaic training guidance for new starters
Introduction to What Matters: A Guide to Accompany Mosaic Training
For new starters:
This guidance is to support new starters (practitioners specifically) who are attending the Mosaic training without having attended the mandatory What Matters Induction Part 1 session.
This guidance provides an overview of Camden's strength based practice- What Matters, and helps provide context and a better understanding when attending your Mosaic training.
Download the guidance here.
It is important that practitioners still schedule themselves onto the What Matters training: Course: What Matters Induction Part 1 and What Matters Induction Part 2: Putting What Matters Into Practice
The What Matters Part 1 session is facilitated by our Adult Principal Social Worker and the Practice Development Leads.
If you would like more information about these sessions, please contact:-
ASC Practice Development Lead, Reetha Hussain at [email protected]
Mental Health Practice Development Lead, Lorna Stewart Fraser at [email protected].
Principal Social Worker, Margaretha Staines at [email protected]
For new starters and existing staff looking for a refresher:
As part of the What Matters workflow refresh, a series of training sessions were delivered tailored to the different teams within Adult Social Care.
