We complete many regular audits in Adult Social Care, for Mosaic.

These include staff usage of the system, and ensuring the leaver/ mover process has been followed.

Areas for staff to be aware of:

• We audit key safe codes, ensuring these have been recorded confidentially 
• If you're moving to another role/ team within Camden and no longer require your Mosaic access, we need to be informed
• If you do not access Mosaic for 3 months or longer we will be in contact querying if access is still required (and if it's essential to your role)
• You need to declare if you know anyone personally on the system (family, friends etc)
• You must not share information from Mosaic with someone who does not have access to the system.

If we find inappropriate usage or key safe codes recorded incorrectly, we report this formally as a data breach.
