• Please note, for any conversation workflow open/ incomplete at the time of the change, these will remain in the old format, and will be available for editing for as long as you need. However your next actions from that step will be the new workflow steps.
• When starting a new workflow, where it is relevant and technically possible, some information will pull into the new forms.
