To make a referral, complete the Rethink referral form. The form can also be accessed directly via the Advocacy London Hub website.

All referrals should be sent securely to CIIAS by email at [email protected], in line with the London Borough of Camden’s policy, to ensure upmost client confidentiality.

Due to the different nature of referrals that the CIIAS can receive, the referral route for each is detailed separately in Section 1, pages 5 and 6 of the Local Operating Procedure under 'Allocation of Referrals' and 'Non-eligible Referrals'.

The CIIAS is not an emergency service, and is not required to operate 24 hours per day.

The CIIAS has an out of hours voicemail, and messages will be responded to promptly within opening hours the next day or following the weekend.
