The Disability Job Hub provides person-centred employment support to disabled and neurodiverse Camden residents.
Support offered includes:
- Reasonable adjustments, understanding what the individual needs and how to communicate that to an employer
- Advocating on behalf of the individual and empowering them to advocate for themselves
- CV, cover letter and job application support
- Creating supported paid work placements
- In-work support
- Confidence building
- Finding inclusive employers and suitable job opportunities
- Connecting the individual with relevant training opportunities

The hub also holds an autism-friendly, free 5-week course on how to succeed at the interview stage, and a mock job interview day with real employers where we can simultaneously upskill the employers on how to conduct an inclusive interview.
