Support at Camden and beyond

Camden's Homelessness Prevention: Provide specialist advice and in some cases temporary accommodation to people who are at risk of homelessness or who are homeless. Each person with a homelessness application will have a personalised housing plan, created by their homelessness prevention advisor. There are specialist homelessness prevention advisors in hospital and criminal justice settings

Rough Sleeping Teams: Commissioning and management team within the Council, and a commissioned outreach team in the borough. These teams chair the Target Priority Group and ASB forums.

Adult Pathway services: A series of supported hostels in Camden, commissioned by Camden Council.

Focus: Provide mental health care coordination and treatment for people who are rough sleeping or living in the supported accommodation.
Focus have Mental Health Social Work link workers in their team
