Communication Passports - A communication passport is a personalized document designed to help people with communication differences hare important information about their reasonable adjustments and communication needs. In Camden, we have a communication passport for autistic people. This should always be filled out alongside the tenant or by the tenant themself.  Once completed, always confirm with the tenant they are comfortable sharing this with other services involved in their support. Upload it to the relevant system and add a case note. With permission, you may also share this form to others involved in their support, so they are enabled to communicating in a safe and supportive way.
