Direct offers
Viewings
Viewing and decisions need to be made within 5 days of an offer being made. The only exception is when works are not yet completed in which case viewings and decisions should be made with 5 days of the handback date.
The NHO who is managing the resident is responsible for arranging and doing the viewing other than where the offeree is a client of allocations/pathways etc. In that case the officer who manages the property is responsible for arranging the viewing. For care leavers the viewing may be a joint viewing with the support worker.
