The word “held” in this guidance means updating a void status to DOC.

Current timescales below for key events

Viewings and result	5 working days of offer or handback
Updating DOA void event with result	5 working days of offer or handback
Amending void status to CBL if refused (or alerting next NHO)	5 working days of offer or handback
