Direct offers
Principals
- All direct offer requests for tenants must be agreed by the Housing Placements service manager and these will only be agreed in the circumstances outlined here.
- All direct offer allocations must be agreed before a void is held, other than in an emergency, which should be agreed by the Housing Placements service manager first before a void is held.
- Only one void will be offered at any one time to a resident.
- Only one direct offer will be made. Any further offers, if the first is refused, will be made only at the discretion of the Housing Placements service manager>
- Any other voids updated to DOC that were not agreed by the Housing Placements service manager will be amended back to CBL
- All viewing and results must be completed on NEC 5 working days after the direct offer allocation or 5 working days after a handback (which ever happens later)
