Can I have a pet?

Tenants are allowed to have up to 2 dogs. They must be kept under control, not causing a nuisance or a mess. They are expected to be kept on a lead and with a responsible person.

Tenancy conditions say that tenants on the Alexandra and Ainsworth estate are not allowed to keep dogs, unless a guide dog.

Up to 3 cats may be kept. Agreement to keep more would only be given in exceptional circumstances, taking into account the size and location of the property.

For leaseholders, you will need to refer to the lease.
