High-risk panels and safeguarding meetings

Review Child Protection Conference

If the child(ren) is/are made the subject of a Child Protection plan, review conferences will be held. Housing staff should endeavour to attend review (follow-up) conferences – unless there have not been any developments or contact with the family since the last conference

Housing should bring information relating to the family or the children's welfare such as details of housing applications, housing options available to the family, outstanding rent arrears or court action, repairs issues, any harassment or nuisance issues reported by or relating to the family etc. All staff attending a conference should submit a completed multi-agency report pro forma.

Towards the end of the meeting everyone will be asked if they think the child(ren) should be subject to or remain subject to a CP plan.
