To assess and manage the risk posed by sexual or violent offenders. The panel meets fortnightly. All referrals are sent to MAPPA Administrator – Camden. A completed referral form (MAPPA document set referral form) which requires the referring agency to identify the likelihood of re-offending; the risk of serious harm (when and to whom); any indication of imminence and who needs to be invited to the meeting. 

Officers expected to attend when called upon by the Administrator for a relevant case discussion.
