Over 75s visits

Visiting our elderly residents is a great way of being proactive and has benefits to the resident as well as to ourselves.  As well as checking on their well being, we can signpost them to other services.  We can also collect up to date information from them, for example, next of kin information.  Many of our residents may have been a tenant for many years and so the information we have for them can be totally out of date.

Who to visit?

Any tenant who has a date of birth on Northgate and is 75 or over appears on a weekly report which is sent to the Z drive (under general information/Tenants and leaseholders over 75).  A link to that document is here (the newest is at the bottom of the list).

Add a filter to the "patch name" column i to filter your own patch quickly.

Aim to visit when you are already out and about in the area to save yourself time.  Unless you have good reason not to, it is best to ring ahead.
