High risk panel (HRP)

• Administered by ASC and meeting 6 weekly, the HRP supports work on complex and high risk cases including hoarding, fire risk and self-neglect.
• The HRP discusses cases to determine next steps and identify multi-agency solutions.
• Referral forms found here should be submitted a week before the HRP to [email protected] .  The referrer does not need to attend although it is usually a good idea to come if you know the case well.
