Enhanced repairs scheme

Some residents need extra help to complete repairs so we have a policy that allows us to carry out some repairs that tenants are normally responsible for.

If you have

• a tenant who is in receipt of a care package; or

• a tenant in receipt of state pension, physically unable to carry out the repair themselves and have no family or household member who can help;

you can have them added to the scheme.

To do this you need to raise an ITC request to say you'd like Rapid/Northgate warning to be updated to include them in this scheme giving their name and address.

Camden handyperson service

Available to all residents who are elderly, vulnerable or have a disability.  This is a pay for service that will do minor repairs at an affordable price.
