A key part of our purpose is that we help residents have a safe home and environment. This includes both in and outside their homes including communal parts and estates. A key conversation at the start of a tenancy we also do this by working alongside other colleagues, for example, in estates services or repairs.
Getting rid of mould is a priority for us.

We also provide an electronic copy of the damp and mould general information leaflet which is handed to residents after a visit by a damp assessor. NHOs can hand this out directly.
Both tenants and leaseholders may be visited to assess damp and mould issues.
