Construction, design and management (CDM) policy

This outlines the Property Management's approach to compliance with the CDM regulations 2015.

The regulations require organisations to make suitable arrangements for managing a construction project.

The document applies to any construction project within the Property Management directorate.

The document applies to all Camden Council employees, most notably in the Supporting Communities directorate and those involved with construction, building maintenance, building work and housing management activities.
