Our neighbourhoods and teams

The new landlord services started on the 17 June 2019 after a wide ranging review involving different members of staff.  The different teams within housing management and landlord services are described here.

The ways of working of the new landlord service came out of the landlord review.

This team is managed by the landlord services manager - service development and partnerships.

The team has a wide remit which includes;

  • updating the tenants guide;
  • revision of and consultation around updating tenancy conditions;
  • overseeing various contracts such as the removals and storage contract;
  • creating and revising guidance and procedures;
  • benchmarking;
  • updating various websites for housing management (for example, Camden website, essentials, Camden Living, this housing guidance website);
  • attending (or chairing) various panels, for example, vulnerability panel, high risk panel;
  • ad hoc project work, for example, assisting the introduction of Camden Living;
  • supporting the work of the neighbourhood teams.
