Our neighbourhoods and teams

The new landlord services started on the 17 June 2019 after a wide ranging review involving different members of staff.  The different teams within housing management and landlord services are described here.

The ways of working of the new landlord service came out of the landlord review.

This team is managed by the rent and court services team manager.

The team;

  • manages rent arrears collection for TMOs;
  • manages rent arrears collection for non-residential lettings (car spaces, garages and sheds);
  • attends court for rent arrear possession cases on behalf of Camden;
  • processes and monitors all court applications (arrears, nuisance/ASB, unlawful occupancy) before passing to legal services;
  • restores rent arrears cases to return to court;
  • processes bailiff requests; and
  • liaises with other teams to identify cases for referrals.
