Our neighbourhoods and teams

The new landlord services started on the 17 June 2019 after a wide ranging review involving different members of staff.  The different teams within housing management and landlord services are described here.

The ways of working of the new landlord service came out of the landlord review.

This team is managed by the parking and lettings team manager who is part of estates services

The team manage;

  • all estate car spaces, garages and sheds within the borough including new applications, signups and enquiries; 
  • the enforcement contract with NSL who are responsible for issuing parking charge notices on housing land;
  • all communal access keys.  Residents can order keys and fobs through Contact Camden; and
  • void property keys from the time the property is ceased through to the time when the property is rented.

The teams are responsible for generating approximately 2.3 million pounds of revenue per year.  Rent arrears recovery for car spaces, garages and sheds is managed by the rent and court services team.
