Where complaints continue

  • Liaising with others such as the caretaker, noise patrol and police can be helpful.
  • A formal disclosure request may be needed where you are asking the police for information.
  • Does the noise constitute “a Statutory nuisance”?
  • Are there any imaginative solutions, certain repairs or improvements that might help?  
  • Would using a Noise app be useful?
  • It may be helpful to diarise review dates and, if possible, close cases quickly after you take action.
