  • A common problem with nuisance is that people may make counter allegations and the situation can become bogged down and drift with no clear focus.
  • These might be times when mediation may be suitable – the most positive outcome might be a negotiated agreement or understanding between the tenants. 
  • There are now various Noise apps that people can use to record noise nuisance although their effectiveness has yet to be proved in court.  However, they can be helpful for tenants in describing to others the nuisance.
