Some information on how we can manage nuisance caused by animals and animal welfare.

Although these pages refer to the tenancy conditions, it is unlikely, other than in extreme circumstances, that we would want to take enforcement action on these alone and would look to good conversations and working with others to try to resolve any issues.

  • Feeding of pigeons or other animals likely to cause a nuisance are also covered by the conditions of tenancy (7h).

  • Although the tenancy conditions refer to cats and other animals, it is unlikely that we would take any enforcement action on these alone and would generally look for interventions in other ways.
