Some information on how we can manage nuisance caused by animals and animal welfare.

Although these pages refer to the tenancy conditions, it is unlikely, other than in extreme circumstances, that we would want to take enforcement action on these alone and would look to good conversations and working with others to try to resolve any issues.

Feeding of cats and taking in strays can become an issue for neighbours. Agencies, like the RSPCA can provide assistance in removing and rehoming cats, particularly as keeping a large number of cats may result in malnutrition, fostering diseases and inbreeding between the cats.


Conditions of tenancy

Section 7g says that no more than 3 cats are allowed without our permission.
