Helping to create sustainable tenancies.
Moving home is a stressful time but we can offer some help and guidance to assist.
The Tenants Option Fund (TOF) is paid to tenants who move to smaller properties, as a way of acknowledging that they are giving up a larger home and assisting overcrowded households to move to homes that meet their needs.
There is some more information on the Camden website that can be forwarded to tenants here.
