All things leasehold.

Leaseholders

Presentations given as part of the landlord services induction are attached on the right hand side and in how we work.

Camden's leases

In legal terms there is no difference between a tenant and a leaseholder (they are both different kinds of tenants) although our relationship with both differs depending upon the contract we have with them.  With tenants this is the tenancy conditions and with leaseholders the lease.

Camden has used various leases over time.  Although they are similar to council tenants' tenancy conditions, this shouldn't be assumed.  If you are dealing with a case that involves a leaseholder it is always a good idea to check what a lease says first.

You can read a presentation about Camden's leases here.

A typical type B lease is here.
