Our ways of working.

How we work

Between 2016 and 2019 a wide ranging review took place that involved many services and members of staff.  The review was known as the landlord services review and, out of that review, was formed the new landlord service, launched June 2019.

Tenants' visiting programme.

Why are we carrying out this programme?

  • To offer help and support to our tenants who need it. 
  • To update our information on our tenants' households.
  • To check the condition of our properties.
  • To identify any risks to our tenants or their neighbours. 
  • To make sure our homes are occupied by our tenants.
