Our housing guidance site
Our Housing and Property Resident Experience Services work together to understand, enable, and develop solutions for residents living in Camden managed homes.
Within this, our Engagement service plays an essential role in facilitating tenant and leaseholder involvement in housing and property services and improvements to their neighbourhoods. The service will work closely with residents, services, the participation team, and community partners across the five neighbourhoods to promote a culture of engagement and to ensure resident's voices are heard in everything we do.
This team works on:
Support for District Management Committees (DMCs) and Tenant and Resident Associations (TRAs)
Support for the Housing and Property Resident’s Panel
Major works consultation support and advice
Oversight of the DMC grant and special projects grant
Organisation of our annual programme of neighbourhood action days
Delivery of learning and development opportunities for active tenants and leaseholders
