Unsigned memo of succession, assignment, mutual exchange

The same rules for successions, assignments and mutual exchange deeds of assignment apply as they do for tenancy agreements.

Complete the memo as a Word doc on line with the successors (etc) details, save as a PDF and forward to them by email.

They will also need a copy of the tenancy conditions but this can be attached as a link to the website or a hard copy posted by a collegue in the office.

Send the memo to Rents and charges team as at present but with a note to say that the signature has been waved due to Covid-19 restrictions.
