Death and Covid-19

The process BEFORE we are given vacant possession is here.

If we receive keys back from a void flat where we know someone died of Covid-19: 

• Allow at least 72 hours before anyone enters the property
• Flag up to the voids supervisor on the initial email/referral that this is the case.
