If a resident is not known to MH services

  • First residents should contact their GP and ask for an urgent appointment. This will allow residents to discuss their experiences and situation with someone who can help to identify what might be happening to them and organise further help for them if needed.
  • If they do not feel that they can wait to see their GP then please contact the C&I Crisis Single Point of Access on 020 3317 6333. This number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
