• Camden Primary Care Mental Health Network is an umbrella service for people whose needs are too complex for iCope talking therapy and GP care.
• They are for non-crisis mental health issues.
• Referrals accepted from GPs or Adult Social Care.
• They bring together a range of mental health interventions and support including:
  
  -  Mental health/psychiatric assessment (C-PCMH Team, based in GP practices)
  -  Psychological interventions and joint consultation with GP/practice (TAP, Team Around the Practice)
  -  Social prescribing (MIND)
  -  Employment support (Hillside Clubhouse) If receiving a psychological intervention via PCMHN 
  -  Mental health/medication advice (C-PCMH Team, based in GP practices)
