• It might be helpful to be aware that under the emergency legislation (HPCR Regs) only the Police have been given enforcement powers (for example, in breaking up groups).
• Where people are not following current measures to reduce the spread of Covid-19 our approach is to engage and explain to residents using similar phrases described earlier.
• For more serious cases such as targeted harassment or repeat gatherings, contact the Community Safety Service who are collating information to help direct Police and Camden’s patrolling resources to where they are most needed.
