The Major Repairs team is responsible for delivering largescale and technically complex repair works to our housing stock on behalf of our residents and leaseholders. Unlike day today repairs, our service focuses on projects that require specialist investigation, structural expertise, and longer term planning.

Alongside structural works, the Major Repairs team also undertakes other complex or high-risk projects that sit outside the remit of Planned Maintenance or the day-to-day Repairs service. These can include:

New installations on roofs

Large boundary or retaining wall reconstruction

Bespoke one-off projects requiring specialist technical oversight

Any works that require significant design, engineering input, or complex coordination

Repairs following fire
