A resident is requesting a new kitchen / Bathroom. When will they receive it?
A: For a Kitchen or Bathroom to be considered for replacement it will have to have either
- have had a recent stock condition survey which will indicate the current condition and remaining life on the Kitchen / Bathroom and then to be considered programming for repair or replacement.
- or the repairs team would have had to visited the property and have considered the Kitchen / Bathroom to be beyond economical repair and a referral from the supervisor will also forward the images of the Kitchen / Bathroom and supply the reasoning as to why it cannot be repaired using the Internals Survey form to the [email protected].
Only then will we be able to know if and when it will be actioned.
